Return Policy

Eligible items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:

  • In the same condition as when you received them

Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Digital downloads
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Perishable or hygiene-sensitive goods (e.g., beauty or personal care items)

Damages & Issues

We take pride in the quality of our products. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • You received the wrong product

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to post to your account.


Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll guide you through the process to ensure you get exactly what you need. Your exchange order will ship once we receive your returned item.


Digital Products
